Sponsorship Opportunities
Bay Shore STEAM Corporation works closely with students and educators to foster hands-on learning, innovation, and career readiness. We support FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), and FIRST LEGO League (FLL) teams, Science Olympiad, manufacturing clubs, and other STEAM programs across Long Island (see Programs We’ve Supported). Through programs like FIRST Robotics and other STEAM initiatives, we help students design, prototype, and build advanced robotic systems, learning CAD, manufacturing, programming and wiring while developing critical skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership.
To keep these programs running we rely on sponsors. Our goal is to raise $75,000 each year to cover registration fees, materials, equipment, and travel so our students can compete at the highest level. Sponsorships go to Bay Shore STEAM Corporation, an independent nonprofit, and do not go directly to a school or school district.
Sponsoring Bay Shore STEAM makes you a partner in shaping STEAM education on Long Island. Your organization gains visibility on our website, in our newsletters, and at events, along with opportunities to mentor and recruit talented, passionate students.

Sponsor of the Year
The sponsor with the highest contribution by December 31 is featured as our Sponsor of the Year and receives prominent recognition in all promotional materials. To be included on uniforms and printed materials, please send your company name and logo by October 31.

2. Send the application
Complete the sponsor application and return it by email.
3. Make your contribution

Partnerships
Businesses and organizations can also partner with us by giving a student a look at their work.
Shadow an Employee
Offer a student the opportunity to shadow an employee for a chosen period.
Internship Level 1
Offer a student an unpaid internship for a chosen period.
Internship Level 2
Offer a student a paid internship for a chosen period.
All internships and shadowing opportunities are arranged directly between the business and the student, with Bay Shore STEAM serving as a facilitator.
